Photo cleanup

Gemini watermark removal, precision cleanup and metadata cleanup are processed on your device, so those image files stay with you.

Video and AI processing

Video uploads are processed on our server. AI image and video jobs send your file, selection, or prompt to fal.ai and its processing provider. Uploads and results from completed jobs are removed after 24 hours. Files for active jobs are kept until processing finishes. Download your result before then.

Accounts and payments

We store your account email, sign-in information, bonus and universal credit balances, subscription status, orders and cleanup history. Stripe handles card details; Clearframe never stores your card number. Your account cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.

Product analytics

We record your entry page, referral channel, campaign tags, tool use, processing outcome, and download actions. A visitor cookie recognizes return visits for up to 180 days. We do not put image contents in analytics.

Your data

Use our contact form to request access to or deletion of your account data. Payment records needed for accounting may be retained.
